The Emiko Forecast Module integrates Open-Meteo weather services to deliver location-based forecast data with enhanced forecast accuracy inside the Emiko Platform.

Unlike traditional weather services, the Emiko Forecast Module applies advanced Emiko interpolation to merge the first six hours of forecast data with real-time local measurements from the customer’s own equipment. The forecast curve always starts from the latest measured local data point, ensuring a seamless and operationally reliable transition between measured and predicted values.

This Emiko interpolation significantly improves short-term precision and ensures enhanced forecast accuracy by aligning forecast data with actual conditions at the exact installation site. The result is a continuous, locally calibrated forecast graph without visual gaps or artificial jumps.

Forecast data is generated directly from Open-Meteo weather services using the precise geographic coordinates transmitted from the Emiko device. This enables true location-based forecast data rather than relying on regional averages.
