Emiko Warning Module
Forecast-Based Warning & Decision Support
The Emiko Warning Module transforms forecast data into structured operational intelligence and actionable decision support within the Emiko Platform.
Instead of simply viewing forecast curves, users can define custom thresholds based on forecast data and real-time measurements from connected equipment. When defined conditions are met, the system automatically highlights critical periods and generates automated reports to support operational planning, risk management and decision support.
Thresholds can combine multiple datasets, including weather forecasts, water level forecasts, electricity price forecasts and CO₂ intensity forecasts. This enables intelligent cross-parameter monitoring tailored to ports, energy operations, industrial environments and other critical infrastructure.
Defined thresholds are clearly visualised directly in forecast graphs, and automated reports can be scheduled hourly or daily. These automated reports include relevant data, highlighted threshold crossings and structured charts, providing clear operational decision support.
Typical use cases include:
Icing risk prediction based on temperature and humidity
Wind safety thresholds
Water level monitoring for harbour operations or flood risk
Daily electricity price optimisation
Identification of lowest CO₂ intensity periods
Environmental compliance monitoring
Automated reports and structured decision support ensure operational planning, risk management and operational control across connected environments.
